By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, using mock tests or educational content, enrolling in classes, or using any other AFM services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
Académie Française Mehraban provides educational services that may include:
TCF Canada mock and practice tests
Listening and Reading practice

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Each account is intended solely for the personal use of the account holder. Sharing usernames, passwords, or account access with other individuals is not permitted.

The access period begins when the purchase or corresponding account access is activated, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Access to the applicable content may automatically end when the purchased access period expires.

Digital content may include mock tests, questions, audio files, videos, written materials, analyses, sample answers, exercises, study materials, and other educational resources.
Purchasing or receiving access to digital content does not transfer ownership of that content to the user. Users receive only a personal right to use the content in accordance with the conditions of their purchase and these Terms.
Unless otherwise indicated, proprietary content created and published by AFM, including mock tests, questions, analyses, audio files, videos, educational materials, content presentation methods, sample answers, and other proprietary resources, belongs to Académie Française Mehraban or the applicable lawful rights holders.
Without prior written authorization from AFM, users may not copy or reproduce the content, publish or republish it, sell or offer it for sale, publish it on another website, social media platform, channel, or group, make it publicly or commercially available to others, or transfer purchased access to another person.
Personal educational use of purchased content is permitted within the scope of the user’s authorized access.
Recording, downloading, screen recording, republishing, or distributing protected website, class, or course content is not permitted unless AFM has expressly provided or authorized such functionality.
Users may not publish AFM proprietary content on social media, websites, groups, channels, or other platforms without prior written authorization from AFM.
Terms applicable to private classes, group classes, or other live courses, including scheduling, number of sessions, class duration, rescheduling, and cancellation conditions, may vary depending on the service.
Specific conditions for each class or course will be communicated during registration or before payment and will form part of the terms applicable to that service.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before completing a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
AFM mock tests, analyses, exercises, and other services are provided for educational and exam-preparation purposes.
Scores and results generated by AFM mock tests are not official TCF results or the official results of any other examination. They are provided solely for educational assessment and practice.
Use of AFM services does not guarantee any particular score, language level, immigration outcome, examination result, or other specific result. Official examination results are determined exclusively by the relevant official examination organization or authorized testing centre.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Académie Française Mehraban (AFM) is an independent educational platform.
References to examinations such as TCF or other official examinations are used solely to describe educational and exam-preparation services and do not imply affiliation with, representation of, or official endorsement by the organization responsible for the examination.
AFM may update or modify educational content, mock-test structures, website features, or methods of service delivery to improve its services.
If a significant change materially affects an existing purchase or a user’s current access, AFM will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.
AFM aims to provide stable and accessible website services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Access to certain services may be temporarily affected by system maintenance, updates, internet problems, third-party services, or circumstances beyond AFM’s reasonable control.
Users experiencing a technical problem related to their account or purchase may contact AFM for review and assistance.
